ohhh dear. I have trainers/doctor/kinesiologist/dietitians/bodybuilders as friends so I hear a lot of very sane things about health and fitness…and then this one other friend is just at the complete other end of the spectrum, convinced that she needs a full meal, with a HUGE piece of meat after any given workout so she’ll “build muscle”. There’s no discussing portion control with her. It’s sometimes frustrating. Because I want her to feel good, but all she cares to hear about is the new “drink a tablespoon of oil everyday while rubbing your tummy/sitting on your head/jumping up and down and lose weight!!” kinda thing. :(
The thing where they flick at their tricep? Totally had a client do that the same day I saw this video.
