Asperger’s syndrome is pervasive development disorder (PDD), as well as an autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). Some refer to Asperger’s syndrome as a highly functional form of autism, and the symptoms of Asperger’s vary tremendously from very mild to quite severe. Some things to look for in children include:
