Pepsi Co, the makers of Mountain Dew, are in some deep doo-doo. Not only are they facing a lawsuit from a man who claims he found a mouse in his Mountain Dew can (um, ew!), but their very own lawyers said something pretty stupid (shocking, we know) that could–and should–deter people from ever buying their product again.
